Owen's crib

I had one last shower on Sunday and I finally recieved some bumper pads. They are very cute and they match Owen's room perfectly. We set them up and now his room is pretty much ready for him to come home to.

Owen's coming

Today I had a doctor's appointment and he told me that Owen is in the birth canal. He said there is a chance that he can come this week, but probably not. But there still is that chance. I am so excited to become a mom and for all of you to meet him.

Owen's Room

We decided to do a jungle theme in Owen's room. We have everything but his bedding and changing table, but those are on the way. Our changing table is back ordered so it won't even get here until after he is born. I am so frustrated about it, because that is more work for me to do to get his clothes organized after he is already here. His room turned out very cute though. I am excited to bring him home and see what he thinks.

Maternity Pictures

My mom came over today and took some maternity pictures of us. Taylor and I are so excited to see what God has in store for this new beginning of our lives.

I was born in Fort Collins Colorado, and I have lived in Dallas for 22 1/2 years. I am married to a wonderful man Taylor Brown for almost 3 years now. I was a preschool teacher for 5 years and just recently resigned to be a stay at home mom to our son Owen McKinley Brown who is suppose to be born on Feb.6th,2009. I have wanted to be a mom ever since I was born and now God has graciously given me that chance. Taylor and I are so excited to begin this new chapter of our lives.
