A family trip to the beach

Owen is 6 1/2 months now and he is growing so fast. At his 6 month appointment he weighed 17 lbs and was in the 50th% and he was 27 inches long and was in the 70th%. He has 2 teeth now, he hasn't bitten me yet thankfully. He bit Tad though:) He almost can sit up by himself. I can set him there and he can support himself until he starts moving and then he falls over. Pretty soon though he will beable to do it with out any help. He says dadda all the time and is a pretty vocal baby. Sometimes I feel like I am competting with him when I am trying to talk to Tad. He is a pretty good baby and happy all the time (pretty much). God gave us a wonderful blessing.

Fun in the Sun

My mom, Lindsey, Owen, and I went up to Lake Oswego and spent the day with my cousin Gena and her kids. They live by a lake and so we took our picnic lunch and played in the water. It was so nice to stay cool in the water because it was so blitzen hot.
